Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data www.studioperfi.cz processes, why, for how long, and what your rights are. Effective from 15 October 2026.

Who processes your data

The data controller is Ing. Maria Kuzmina, Ph.D., company ID (IČO) 04794281, registered at Waltariho 1148/3, 198 00 Praha-Hloubětín, Czech Republic. For anything about your personal data, write to contact@studioperfi.cz.

Enquiry form

When you send an enquiry, I process what you fill in: your name, email, wedding date, estimated quantity, Pinterest link and message.

  • Purpose: to reply to your enquiry and prepare an offer.
  • Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Retention: while your enquiry is being handled. If we don't work together, I delete the data no later than 2 years after our last contact. If we do, I keep it for the duration of the contract and afterwards only as accounting and tax law requires.

After you send the form, a summary is emailed to me and a confirmation to you. I never sell your data or use it for newsletters.

Visitor statistics

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. They count visits and measure page speed without cookies and without storing IP addresses; I cannot identify you from this data. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in running and improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and Google Ads

The site stores no cookies until you agree. If you accept in the cookie bar, the Google Ads tool (Google tag) loads. It stores cookies and measures whether your visit came from my ad and whether it led to an enquiry, so I only pay for ads that work.

  • Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 89(3) of the Czech Electronic Communications Act).
  • Retention: Google Ads cookies last at most 90 days.
  • Withdrawing consent: any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. Withdrawal doesn't affect processing before it.

The site remembers your choice (accept or decline) in your browser's storage so it doesn't ask again. This is not a cookie and is never sent anywhere.

Who receives the data

These processors help me and may use the data only on my instructions:

  • Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting, sending the form, cookieless visitor statistics.
  • Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA): delivering the form emails.
  • ImprovMX: forwarding emails sent to contact@studioperfi.cz to my inbox.
  • Google Ireland Limited: Google Ads, only if you consent.

Some processors are based outside the European Union. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time. Just write to contact@studioperfi.cz; I'll reply within one month.

If you believe I handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz).
